Question: Do you have to practice your pit crew duties?

Answer: We get the whole crew together two to three times per week and work on our technique and speed. We practice going “over the wall.” Someone will time the practice and we work on ways to improve.  Everyone has to be synchronized to get the job done and that takes a lot of practice.
